The woman selling pepper was generous enough to add extra pepper to the ones she bought. Watching the video, it was clear that the inflation is now global! So, buying groceries in bulk is now essential for one to survive anywhere in the world.
Those prices were inflated? She got a ton of food for only a few dollars.
It seems like Ghana isn't passing through the same thing the rest of the world is going through right now because $5 won't get you here half of what she got from the market in Ghana. I saw one update the other day about Ghana been one of biggest exporters of yam in the world now.
