When the enemy is willing to change the rules, having a majority is not the solution. We will simply be compacted into an area and disadvantaged like in South Africa. However, a greater concentration of us can be beneficial if we are on code because we are going to be pushing on the system in an uncompromising manner.

I would never be comfortable with staying in such settlement because it's what I see it to be like.
