This country so damn racist that it prioritizes trans issues over the most abused demographic in the country, us.
And you have an endless stream of silly dense mofos (including LGBT and others) talking about how Black people need to look outside of our own "bubble" to "understand different perspectives and viewpoints" and that "Black people aren't the only ones suffering" and that being Black and dealing with racism doesn't mean that Black people should continue to ignore the issue of trans, gays, immigrants,
white women and everybody else. And that "Black LGBTQIA+ people also exist and are being erased" and "being
Black and dealing with racism doesn't permit you to be an
asshole to everyone else and their issues."
To any non-Black lurker: Shame on you. What a way to project your insensitivity onto us.
Were
non-Black LGBTQIA+ American people hunted down and then enslaved, subject to horrific cruel and unusual punishment, and brutally and heartlessly tortured on inhumane plantations from the cradle to the grave?
Were they or any other non-Blacks as a
group in America fed to alligators, had their families permanently separated via slave auctions, labelled as property and subhuman
by law, systematically redlined and robbed of all their wealth and livelihoods and ideas, systematically locked out of employment due to their race, lynched, forcibly segregated, experimented on, stripped of their culture and lanaguage and heritage, murdered for learning to read and write, genocided and had their very own cities burnt down by the government and racist mobs, the primary target of Jim Crow and deep rooted obscene racist hatred and racial abuse and attacks (that even children couldn't escape from, just ask Emmett Till, oh wait...and Carolyn Bryant is
still not in prison), etc?
Does their suffering compare to the 467+ years of nonstop, targeted oppression of Black people with the perpetrators of crimes against us
still getting slaps on the wrists (if they're not getting winks and high fives from the judges, police, jury and the general public)?
Outside of the Holocaust that lasted for only about 6 years, did it
ever happen again and did white Jewish people
not get compensation via cash reparations, preventative and legal protections (which are
enforced), and land (the country of
Israel) for it?
Did white and red Native Americans
not already get reparations in cash, land reservations, casinos, resources, and legal protections (which are enforced) in spite of the violent genocide that happened to their people?
Did older LGBTQIA+ couples
not recently get offered cash reparations (especially in back taxes) to make up for the time that they couldn't legally get married to each other?
We have an Asian Daniel Holtzclaw and an Asian Peter Liang that murdered and raped Black people, but is there an Asian Breonna Taylor or an Asian George Floyd or an Asian Trayvon Martin?
Didn't Latino leaders publicly state and make it clear that our Negro issues aren't Latino issues and that Black people can hold our own nuts (despite Black fighting for the rights of their ungrateful racist sorry asses)?
In fact, after us fighting for all of these immirgrants for all these years, if push comes to shove and the US faces a severe crisis (war, famine, etc.), these immigrants will have a country (their homeland) to run back to. What country or homeland can a Foundational Black American run back to?
And finally, did Foundational Black American people
ever,
ever get any reparations in cash, land, resources, protections and laws (that are enforced) for what happened to us as a group 467+ years later? We are
still suffering and unwell (especially economically) as we were never compensated for what happened to us due to ongoing, governmental and societal anti-Black racism that
still exists today.
We have been severely neglected as a group and cannot afford to wait to put ourselves last. Not anymore. And if you were a true ally to Black people, you would understand that and not act as opposition against us.
If there is 1 nurse on a hospital floor, is the nurse supposed to go care for a person who is in critical condition and severely bleeding and having a stroke, or are they to care for an entitled person demanding aid for a broken finger and just entered the hospital? Think about that.
Here is the point.
You know absolutely nothing about Black American people and our struggles.
We have done everything and fought for every group imaginable while getting no real support or love in return. In fact, we have gotten even more hate, mockery, and vitriol for fighting against injustice.
You feel entitled to our energy and help even when many of y’all don't like, help, value, or respect us to begin with.
We are tired.
We are drained.
We are
not your mules.
If you are
not fighting for cash reparations, protections, and resources specifically for Foundational Black Americans
as well as punishment to those who wrong us, then you are
not our ally.
If you see
any other issue (e.i. LGBTQIA, classism, immigration, abortion, Asian Hate, Ukraine-Russia War, Anti-Semitism, COVID, moneypox, climate change and global warming, foreign conflict, etc.) as equal to if not greater than the nonstop oppression of Black American people, then you are
not our ally.
If you are
not Black first, then YOU ARE
NOT OUR ALLY.
Our struggles and oppression
are significant enough on their own and don't need to be merged with the world's or anybody else's problems.
DO
NOT UNDERMINE US. STOP IT.
Injustice everywhere in the nation ends when injustice against us ends. Repair Black America to fix America.
If you have nothing productive to say to us or do for us, then keep calm and keep our name and our ancestors' names out your gotdamn mouths.
