Wife Gets House in Divorce, Husband Demolishes It
I know the feeling but this is dramatic. Now he is going to get jail time, fined, and have an insurance company coming for him.
A large part of the low birthrate are the laws and also the way divorces and family law are carried out. It's also how society has changed with regards to relationships.
Friends have said the most emotionally draining experience they have ever had, outside the death of a child, or death of a loved one is a bitter divorce.
There are many instances of women straight out lying that the father of their child has molested their own kids so she can hurt him. Men don't even go there like that. Don't get me wrong, there are some men (and the incel thing is one example) who will murder when triggered. Not all but a tiny percentage, but still it happens. With women, its saying what ever she can think of to hurt you. There is no line. It can be lying about physical abuse (Amber Heard), lying about being raped: black HS football player in LA spent several years in prison because his gf was heartbroken and said he raped her.
White folks knows this is making men not want to marry and specifically white men, and that is keeping their numbers low among other things. The big problem they are trying to figure out is how do they get only white people to have kids and not everyone else? Sidenote, blacks have a low birthrate as well, we are below replacement numbers in America.
Then come African Americans, who are missing 9.6% of expected births, or about 700,000 births, which is only slightly more severe than whites, who are missing 9.3%, or about 3.2 million births. Black fertility declined from 2.15 births per woman to 1.89, while white fertility fell from 2.14 to 1.82
Anyway, I'm all for fair and equal in divorce and for the kids to be okay. No one is against that. But the fact is the divorce laws over-compensate the women. Similarly with the laws that accompany payments to kids if you are not even married. We all know its seen as a come up by women like Brittany Renner.
People are still gonna get married but it won't be as many and men with a decent job are gonna start marrying non American women from developing countries thinking they will be more loyal or vetting the women properly, and the women are old school in mentality from our grandparents days. Marry very conservative women, almost no body count, etc, Just like the Mormons, Arabs, and Asians do as they tend to stay married and divorce least than most people.

I get his anger, but he went about it the wrong way. Now he's gonna have to deal with jail time, and probably have a huge fee to pay off for all the damages he caused.

Exactly why we can’t think with our emotion. We will end up with short term satisfaction and then when you calm down you realize you just made bad worse.
People keep marrying the wrong people for the wrong reasons and end up getting divorced. Some people hold high amounts of spite after this too. I am never surprised when I hear stuff like this. It is sad though when you think about it.
I totally get his anger, especially if it's a house he paid for by himself. I never understood how some women can get the house in a divorce, especially in cases where the husband paid for it. And it would be even crazier if he built the house. I could see him wanting to just take it down because he built it. And doesn't want her to have it what he built maybe.
But yeah, now he's screwed and will probably be paying it back anyway. Plus jail time on top of it.
Also, I think I would react the same if it was a house I built and paid for. I don't know if he did, or if it was some joint thing, but if he did pay for it all I would totally understand his decision. Even though I don't think I'd do the same, I would try to get the house back if possible.

I wish the divorce laws were more equal. I think both sides' cases should be analyzed. I personally think they want to hurt the family unit by giving out unfair divorce settlements.
Pretty much and if you are marrying for money, you are going to get bored real fast and prob end up cheating. Looks fade too. You have to find someone who works with you and grow together but people don't wanna put in the effort these days.

Yep. I'm in my 30's. I have a low likelihood of wanting to get married. The reason is that I do not like the current divorce laws.
There are these shaming tactics I see women do to get men to consider marrying more. Economically, it doesn't make sense to most men. They are marrying without a whole lot to begin with and then after getting a mortgage and little shorty, they risk divorce where they gotta pay off a house and for kids they no longer have much access and to and wifey out there in them streets again.
Then you got the swirlers saying divest and they don't tell you that, white men ain't marrying sisters like that. They marry anyone but a sista 5 times more.
At some point women the smarter women will be showing some wifey skills, get a good man the rest will be like dang, I better change my game.

Mhen! You need to say this a little bit louder. This is biggest problem that's facing a lot of marriages lately because everything is all about money now. No one cares to find who's really their match and know them well before getting married.
Oh my lord! The man must have pained to hell for him to do that. It's definitely not the right way to go about this but hey shit happens and now he's gonna live with the consequences of his actions. Some ladies can really drive a man insane!!
The rate at which couples are getting divorced lately is alarming. Does it mean that no one really care about upholding the institution of marriage? People now marry for all sorts of reasons that's not going to keep them married for a long time. I'm very sure that worst cases than this is happening out there but we are yet to get the update.
