Oh that looks yummy. I haven't decided yet. I want something fancy.

I'm thinker pan seared Salmon, Squash medley, and maybe I'll try to make my first Creme Brûlée.

OMG they were so good. The Chiptole Aioli sauce took them to the next level. I had a thick slice of cheddar on my from the deli.

I’m getting better are making the sugar crust ontop of the custard but not good enough to serve it. You have to put the sugar on very evenly torch it, put another layer and torch it, for it to create that’s hard crust. I’ve been working on a chocolate crème brûlée…the crust on the top looks so awesome on chocolate. I’m going to make it in clear ramekins for effect. Like this:

Haven't even showed the delivery with the homemade gravy sauce
,.cuz these men came in eating like no other🤣🤣with. 9!yr old.that says "leftovers suck"...welp mwmma made sliders from the roast...and you YOU WILL EAT your leftover veggies!!!!! EYE STAND!!!!!

I ended up eating left over stew the last few days. I always make too much. Having chicken with some potato cakes for dinner tonight. Just throwing it all in the air fryer cause I have to finish wrapping gifts later.
