This book is a great resource for nurses and medical professionals. It's stated for LPN but a lot of the messaging can work for RNs and CNAs too! Though you shouldn't ever be making less than 6 figures as an RN. If so you are doing something wrong!

Stay healthy and in shape. If you're healthy it increases you're work capacity.

You won't feel tired as quickly. You can work extra hours easier.

In all increasing your earning ability. In addition you spend less on healthcare as well. You don't need expensive medicines with bad side effects.
