The saddest thing about this interview is that he dismantles every one of their arguments. He makes super disingenuous arguments but instead of addressing them head on they result to straw man arguments about what he did in middle and high school. He made them look foolish, unlearned, and immature from a political standpoint.

When he said citizens needed to take the same litmus test to vote that immigrants do they should have shut that down but didn't. He said dismantling Affirmative Action would be great because Black people get jobs and have to deal with the stigma of not being qualified.

He actually came away from the interview looking more likable which is a shame because he is a shill for the system. Everyone on the panel argued from an emotional perspective instead addressing his many fallacies head on. They took the Twitter Spaces debate tactic and tried to use it on the larger stage and it failed.

It's why I constantly said that we need to be logical and not emotional when we have dialogue. So many people in this space like to be emotional, use straw man arguments, and ad hominem and they end up looking stupid.

#thebreakfastclub got their eggs scrambled in this interview.

I watched about 30 minutes of the interview and I concur with the consensus. The Breakfast Club did little to prepare for the interview and did very little to challenge his assumptions. If I had my tin foil kufi I would be under the presumption that they were controlled opposition.

I thought the same thing and tweeted it. Then all of a sudden, Tezlyn made a whole twitter space about me and tried to explain her "strategy". I had better things to do than to engage in her foolishness.

No one questioned that statement, but immediately asked about middle school and high school accomplishments? I don't know about you guys, but those elections were essentially popularity contests at my schools. I wouldn't vote for those people to run a candy shop.

They absolutely made him seem like a prime candidate for President. He "sounded" logical while they were emotional. There's no way this "interview" should have gone like this... smh. Like... who cares about DON LEMON....????

Those tests were used to stop us from voting historically and they let him slide.

Why give him a stage when he’s completely irrelevant as a candidate? They do him more favor than anything good.

Take the Redacted YT channel for example. They’re so afraid of offending their white audience that they haven’t even once MENTIONED the fact that Cornell West is running, at all.

The takeaway is having hip hop blacks interview politicians that are anti black.
Would he have left the same if Jason Black was interviewing him?
We are literally the only people who do this. Both the liberal and conservatives don't let rock music hosts interview presidential candidates.
Kamala got caught out because Tariq was live messaging Charlamagne tha god.

We'd been better off with Roland interviewing him as sad as that sounds.
