This will be a radical and crazy position but, just....hang in there with me for a moment....If you're at the point where you feel you need to make a sex ta----Errr I mean "record" yourself in the act, to "protect" yourself, then maybe that's a red flag you should just keep it moving?
I know, I know responsible behavior is such a struggle for people who's brain is between their legs as opposed to the rest of us who use the one between our ears.

As a legal professional giving my unofficial, unsolicited advice, from an ETHICAL position, recording broads you're fucking all in the name of "protection" is low key weird in the BEST of situations. It's high key creepy AF in the worst case. And that's without consent, I mean. If she consents, then it's all a wash and you don't need to worry about it. Judicially speaking, depending on where you live and who the Judge or arbitrator is, that vid very well may not even be admissable as evidence. So now either way you cut it, you just look like some kinky weirdo with a sex tape fetish.

Usually, a more acceptable approach, ethically AND judicially, (although do be sure to check your state/local laws to confirm this) is to get out a VOICE recorder (almost every phone has one as a preloaded app), Ask the broad if she consents, save her response, and then keep that. Now you can continue to smash and you don't have to look like a fuckin creep who's trying to justify having and making a sex tape without consent.
