I just want to know from the jump, you for or against cash reparations to those who are descended from American slaves and Freedmen, that's it.
There are tons of white liberals who profess to want programs, laws, whatever for Blacks in America, either specifically for us or some boat lifts all programs. However, they stop short on reparations. I wouldn't necessarily vote for her, and her initial number is too low but at least Williamson comes out for reparations. And addressed it before being asked. Which is way, way more than Black politicians like Cory Booker and others would say.
America paying reparations, as I've said before, would be the most transformative act globally. Not only is it owed, but I think it would ignite a global reparations movement and by extension (hopefully) a unified black voice globally (yeah, I know....but one can hope). You make the biggest, baddest country in the world pay, it has global repercussions.
