You were told by a Black American that this didn't work and that you shouldn't be giving advice to Black Americans on how to handle police encounters and this was your answer:
You are not listening to what the boots on the ground are saying. You are sitting in Canada telling us about something that we've heard our whole lives and seen not work. We had to learn first hand that the rights don't apply to us. That when we go to Court, the Judge automatically takes the Officer's side and so does the DA. If all Black Americans needed to know was our rights we would not be in this oppressive situation. It doesn't work which is why it hasn't caught on.
I have listened i never denyed those experiences i have seen them first hand in detroit and toronto- bad framing
if youve already seen these videos or you dont think they are useful or have useful information in them than this does not apply to you
the judge is on their side but thats why the videos say get a body camera and a dash cam
"If all Black Americans needed to know was our rights we would not be in this oppressive situation. It doesn't work which is why it hasn't caught on."
i didnt mean to imply that, the videos show deescalation phrases i found useful like i dont answer questions, i want a supervisor, i will remain silent, am i being detained.
if you said try it dosent work, ida said cool, but all this extra shyt is unnecessary.
