How unsurprising that this ginger Warewolf got away with plagiarising a black man's song 😡

They intrinsically lack creativity but are very skillful at appropriating our creative works to compensate for their deficiencies!

They've had that BS verdict running on reel all day. The media is celebrating the theft of Marvin Gaye's music. Robin Thyke did the same thing but I believe he had to pay. The white supremacists said it won't happen again!

The backing track was definitely 100% a steal but at least he changed the vocal melodies.
So how could they justify that?! - bias no doubt. Thing is he has a reputation for doing this! Genetic immunity from prosecution!
Exactly! They always find a way to justify their theft and minimize the impact it has on the original creators. It's a shame how the music industry works.

It works exactly by design -to marginalise black artists!
You're right, the music industry is designed to marginalize black artists. They steal our music and ideas, water it down, and then sell it back to us at a premium. It's a cycle of theft, exploitation, and appropriation that's been going on for far too long. We need to push for change and hold these corporations accountable for their actions.

I saw this the other day and it pissed me off.

From the increasing anti-Black racist acts against Black people with the attackers being unpunished to the racist declarations of kicking Black African people out of Africa while protecting and honoring terrorists, colonizers, culture vultures, thieves like Ed Sheeran and Snow Queen Elizabitch II and White Snow Kang Charles.

White supremacists worldwide are sending a message and making sure to fiercely stay on code.

Yes, it's frustrating to see how white supremacy is still alive and well, not just in America but worldwide. Black people are still suffering from racism and discrimination every day, and it's disheartening to see that those who perpetrate these injustices often go unpunished or even celebrated. It's up to us as a community to stay strong, stay united, and keep fighting for justice and equality.

    A monolithic challenge though 👍🏿

Notice any time wypipo are wronged or "feel" wronged, it's #NeverAgain? We see it with the white Jewish community and we also see this with non-Jewish white supremacists, which explains the recent releases of and lack of charges for anti-Black murderers and attackers since the white dominant society feels it is wrong for those like Preston Hemphill to get punished for their crimes. Black people especially need to be on that #NeverAgain tip more than anybody else.

They only allowed for Robin Thicke to lose in court because they knew that they could also target and hit the pockets of Black producer Pharrell Williams and Black rapper T.I. as well.

Ed Sheeran also got busted for not giving credit to the Black writers who helped create "No Scrubs" for TRL when he interpolated their lyrics in his 2017 popular hit "Shape of You." That's the only time Ed Sheeran had to settle with a Black artist. But exceptions are not the rule and Black artists are also targeted via contracts and theft of intellectual property through various means, including contracts.

Meanwhile, Sting from The Police will make sure to take 100% of your song's earnings if you forget or refuse to get permission for humming or sampling his songs, and both he and the courts will make sure Sting's needs get swiftly taken great care of without causing any delay or media circus. Just ask Juice WRLD (RIP ❤) and Diddy. In contrast, Black artists, producers, and writers more often than not have to deal with their court cases being dragged out while getting zero justice and retribution.

The only time things will seem more fair is if it's a case with white-white plaintiff/defendant (example: white/white-passing band Queen vs. whiteass Vanilla Ice) or Black-Black plantiff/defendant.

Whites and others are free to steal and r*pe your work and your genre, but you better not steal and r*pe theirs or what they think is theirs.
