I believe there was another topic for this here, but it was just about Apple & Android phones. I want to ask what your favorite one is, but include Linux and other types of smartphone operating systems. Which is your favorite?

I'm more into Android because of how easy it is to use and how customizable it is. I don't mind iOS under Apple, but I think it's more limited compared to Android phones. I never really enjoyed using the iPhone.

What are your picks? I also wouldn't mind trying a linux based OS for an old smartphone of mine, just to see if it can get some more life out of it.

For right now, it is Android for me. I am looking into Linux options just cause they are more privacy based but they don't have a lot going on right now and I don't know enough about Linux to actually roll with what they have.

I've always rocked with Android, never owned an Apple device in my life, and won't.
Android and the devices that use Android are flexible, Apple you're stuck with the same stuff everyone else has. I like individuality, customization. You don't get that with Apple, not to mention the price you pay for the basics of what Apple offers. Not worth it.

I have never used any Apple product all my life. It's always been Android. I'm not even sure that I would be able to use Apple iPhone now should I get now because I'm not familiar with its navigation system.

For a while, I told myself I wouldn't support companies with big monopolies like that. Plus, they are too expensive for what you get (I get a bigger screen for 1/3 - 1/2 the price)

Plus, I've been on #blackcompanies for the past few years ... People would ask if my figgers.com was an iPhone (F2 legacy) ... Them, nsprelifestyle.com (and OG SIAM when they were in business), they are all unlocked androids ... Id rather beat the #6hoursyndrome ..

Being a designer a lot of apps I use have been on iOS and macOS. Recently companies are starting to make thier apps for android tablets as well so more options will be better in the long run.

Clip Studio paint is a popular one on all OS’s. The Galaxy tabs are now a alternative for illustrators, comic artist etc to use the app instead of the expensive iPad Pro.

For me I heavily use Apple products, but only usually get the Apple made phones, but everything else I buy that's electronic would be non-Apple products because their products are always extremely expensive.
