This some shit he should just let the court handle. He cannot win speaking on it because we all saw the tape. He did something disgusting and there is no way around it. He just have to let the shit play out how it will and take his consequence on the chin.

The one big red flag is that it happened in 2014. Again...and again, from the video, they are wrong. Bottom line. They simply should not have done it. What is in debate is the punishment after all of it in its full context.
The punishment is the part that has me concerned. Was what we saw a crime? Or if it’s purely civil is it an emotional damage claim? I think it’s going to be hard to get them criminally or civil.
Him and Haddish both said similar things about how they can't say anything because of the case. Nah, you can't say anything that could further incriminate you. They know if they try to explain anything, it will probably backfire on them, because what can they say? The video is proof enough that something bad happened. It doesn't matter if it was meant to be a comedic skit. They used a child in a sexual manner and made a video.
The fact it took this long to bring this to light is what's crazier to me. If it happened in 2014 and then they posted it in 2018, that means it's been 8 years of nothing being done.

Yeah they are done. If white folks want to cancel you, the only way to save you is for black folks to ride for you en masse. We rode for Dave Chappelle when the rainbow folks came for him. We ain't riding for them in this specific case like that. Things may change but I doubt it. The only black person we rode for when it came to kids was Michael Jackson. I used to watch Mad TV and thought he was a funny dude but I feel like something was always off about him thinking back. I don't know what it is.
