If they smoke and spend lots of time in the sun in their teens and 20s, it ages them terribly. I noticed with certain ethnicity, some don't age nearly as bad but the ones that don't age as bad usually come from a background of people spending a lot of time in the sun like Italians.
Us as well. The sun rays are vitamins for our skin. I don't know one Black person that got skin cancer from the sun.
Funny you should mention, skin cancer isn't caused by the sun. I looked into it more. It is caused by diet primarily. When you don't give your body what it needs, your skin ends up prone to damage and pale skin is at a much higher risk because the natural skin protection just ain't there. We have that in our favor but the pale people have the advantage of producing more D3 in less time. They have the risk but benefit in that way. I am fine with needing to spend more time outdoors. I don't burn and it feels amazing being in nature.
I never once used it. I am one of those nurses that looks very deep into chemicals and whatnot. That stuff bakes on your skin. It is no healthy. If you are going to use anything, you gotta use coconut oil (virgin) cause it has natural SPF and the fat content is good for your skin. I got one of my pale friends to switch over to it from that Banana Boat BS and she already looks 5 years younger. I use it as a moisturizer year round.
