Atlanta to pay $1M settlement to family of Rayshard Brooks, who was fatally shot by police in 2020

Good, it's a start, but I feel it's not enough, it will never be enough to fix the hate and abuse cops have for us. But it looks as if the police officers will not be facing criminal charges for their murder of Brooks. Which is what they also wanted, but stated the settlement was good to make sure his children are well taken care of.

I still think the cops should be tossed in jail for what they did, but hopefully they're not working as police anymore, because they should never be given such a job again.

No prison time for his murderers and nothing but a measly $1 million check to shut the grieving family up.

The settlement should've been $7.5 million at minimum.

It's only a matter of time before each settlement check (for tragic cases like this) becomes $250,000 or less. It shows just much they value Black people's lives, which is not at all. They don't feel that Black people need and deserve money anyway due to racist reasons.
