Cigarettes, cigars, and toxic sticks should definitely be banned indiscriminately. Lung cancer, cancer overall, and dying from second hand smoke is horrible.
But here are the daunting facts that no one seems to be talking about: We cannot trust Biden and the thugs in blue, also known as the police and law enforcement, to handle and implement this plan properly or humanely. This will be the new Crime Bill 3.0 (the Stop Asian Hate by tHe bLAckS panic BS + the Asian Hate bill is the Crime Bill 2.0). And of course they're trying hard like hell to bring back Stop and Frisk in NY. You could be walking to work with a cigarette in your pocket and have a race soldier stop you, check your pockets and find a cigarette, and then arrest
and fine you for possessions of cigarettes.
This plan will absolutely disproportionately target Black people just like the war on drugs. White smokers and druggies along with non-Black others will continue to receive their narcan and will not get targeted for obvious reasons. It will definitely cause and outright incentivize corrupt law enforcement race soldiers to come after us
even more.
Overpolicing, corruption, incompetence, sick and evil power trips, refusal to de-escalate situations, and continuing to have all of these unpunished and extremist white supremacists and anti-Black racists in the ranks
are deadly and dangerous to us as well as public safety.
I can absolutely see huge rises in deaths and casualties by police brutality against Black people because of a ban like this. Imagine a dumbass race soldier thug killing somebody over a damn cigarette. Oh wait, that already happened. But imagine more of this happening.
The problem is that you still have a lot of Black people who are smokers. You know how many Black people I've seen smoke some damn Newports? Biden's nasty ass with his crackheaded ass son knows what he is doing and who this will target. It's truly a shame and it's fucking sick because this ban really sounds like a good thing on the surface, but it's likely just another "war on drugs" type bill in disguise that will be used to criminally hurt and attack us.
What needs to happen is that just like they went after big pharma and company for helping to create the opioid crisis, they also need to go after these damn tobacco / menthol / nicotine companies and manufacturers. They should also offer free quality care for people to get off of the cigarettes and heal their menthol / nicotine addiction. And instead of arresting people for possession, they should just take drugs and cigarettes away from the smokers like they do with the white druggies.
