I agree with your sentiment. It's too much to ask for tangible policies that directly benefit us. Everyone knows politics is all about who gets what. I did some research on the group behind the BLK Dating App responsible for pushing this BS. Interesting they are the same folks who put out Vax That Thang Up video by Juvenile during Covid targeting us. The company has a Christian Dating App, BLK Dating App, and a Hispanic Dating App.
The company isn't Black in any shape way or form. The company is owned by Match.com. The CEO is Indian-American There isn't one Black person affiliated with the organization. They're all white, Asian, and/or foreign. They have no respect for Black people.
The company behind the BLK Dating App which put out the video is registered in the state of Texas as a FOREIGN Limited Liability Company. The screenshots to what I found and my thoughts are below, but I'd dare say there is some bullshit afoot. We need to be SUPER careful of what we consume. Find your trusted New Black media sources and stick with them folks. These crackers ain't playing with ya'll.

The backlash the music video has received has been a great sight to see. Yes there is a bootlick or two with a cosign but the majority of the feedback on their platforms has been negative. BLK is holding firm but they see the smoke and may think twice in the future.

Facts. It is on the decline and nothing is going to save it. Russia invading Ukraine, OPEC+ reducing supply by 2M barrels, North Korea flying a mission over Japan, China rebuking the USA in the media and saying they will take Taiwan in their lifetimes is proof that the USA dominance is over. Well it is good to a certain degree because it really allows me & hopefully, perhaps others in the community greater insight, & revelations into a matter I have been struggling with. Lately I have been hearing outrage about the lewd, lowdown, debauchery that has been going on in Rap/Hip Hop. Overwhelmingly & more often than not, I feel tha It simply lacks any aspiration for, or attempt to aspire to any Higher Spiritual Plateau. Hip Hop/Rap with occasional notable exceptions seeks a lower comfortable place in the muck & mire of evil degeneracy & is purposely engineered for such regions of immorality.
I could go further, but here I simplify this opinion by saying that it is time, for the lack of a better expression, “to have a come to Jesus moment” regarding F. Cress Welsing & C. Delores Tucker, both of whom shared a relationship, & spoke out about the debauchery in the music. Based on a recent discovery of an older LA Times article which denotes an attempt by the “Small Hats” to slander C. Tucker as Anti-Semitic for her association with F. C. Welsing it is impossible for me to deny that it is highly likely that at a particular moment in time many years ago that they discussed the end results of what we are seeing today in the aforementioned Ad Campaign.
So this debacle with this Campaign Ad has really allowed me to further contemplate and arrive at the conclusion that MOST of the heavily promoted, thus the more popular Secular Black Artists and “Pretenders” involved in todays most popular genre of music have driven & arrived as predicted by the two aforementioned women at a low & undesirable place & so too have a significant amount of our men, women & children, hence the community does seem to find comfort in this place. There is no redemption nor again Spirituality, without a type of reckoning or honest observation.
So I am always ready to accept being wrong, however I firmly believe that until we, like so many wise minds, communities, or random lost souls before have at critical moments strived for & came to accept & acknowledge an honest moment of clarity, & “have the talk amongst ourselves out by the woodpile” about what those 2 sisters were saying, we may as well get used to variations of No Vote no Vuck & the sound of Fat Joe & other Pretenders calling us Nigga’s; & the hard “er” is on the way via Hip Hop/Rap.
Probably should have strived for a more objective stance, but as a simple layman & one who is greatly affected by the aforementioned cultural trends, while seeking to offer insights regarding sociology, Music Appreciation, etc., I think that I am worthy of some grace for my inability to attain objectivity regarding a matter that again of which I am so greatly subjected, thus affected.

This agenda is escalating so fast it's insane and they got us out here finna be unprepared.
White folks are preparing to live, quietly. Black folks are the only fools out here worrying about shit that cannot and will not save us. A lot of people are going to perish. None of this stuff frees us. Voting won't save or free us at this point. A lot of people don't believe America is going to suffer some sort of invasion. I beg to differ. Thus far, I haven't been wrong about the events unfolding and I've been warning our people as best I can, but if it isn't entertainment, we seem not to have the energy to care. It was good to hear Tezlyn give the Black App a tongue lashing. Between the disdain we expressed, the Democrats losing next month, and the Obama's time winding down, I think their approach will change in the future.
I so concur with MarleyK20 about our people being blind to what's on the horizon. Worldly events are totally foreign to a large part of our community. Americans as a whole nation are looked at as dumb and having no clue about the rest of the world it ain’t just us in the Black community. There’s white people running sround saying this the greatest country in the world not even knowing that most white countries have universal healthcare and worker protections. I've fallen out with many a folk who told me to my face they weren't preparing their preparedness plan was to come to my house and take my stuff. Unpreparedness is a thing regardless of our community's socioeconomic status. If anyone tells you you're their safety net, believe them. I am removing myself from folks now so they won't be a problem later. Family too. If they aren't prepping, they are a potential threat.

I don't ever put us in the class with white people. They have been in control of this society since its inception. There is no excuse for them being dumb. They've had access to any and all resources, the best resources, and the most resources. The color of their skin gives them access to information. We've been lied to, had to play catch up, and brainwashed. We're dealing with real-time abuse, lies, psych warfare, and a poor educational system. We've used their tools to educate ourselves, so of course, we're supposed to know less unless we go above and beyond to know more. Yeps that's the part that people forget is that Obama is half white. He was hoping that all his accomplishments and being president coupled with the fact of doing nothing for black people that the white community would accept him as part of the white coalition. I'm not even upset at Kanye honestly.
Here is how I see that. He married Kim K (which was dumb) and had half white kids with her.
What is he supposed to say.. That white lives don't matter. Obviously not because then he would be against his kids. It's not like he can be a hard anti-white when he has half white kids.
Same is true for Candace Owens who has half white kids with her white husband.
I think it was dumb for them to wear those shirts and it was pointless but I can understand why they would have that view point.

I unfortunately had to do that my wife's family. They would just come to me to solve every little problem for them.
I finally just asked "What would you do if I wasn't around or available to help you?" They could never give an appropriate response.
I ended up just writing them all off and told my wife they are no longer welcome to my home because they are all just users. A grown person who isn't responsible enough to take care of themselves and plan well is a liability.
Unfortunately, with how I see it, when they get old enough, let all of his kids get in a car and pulled over by at least one of many racist cops. Let's see if these racist cops will see Kanye's Black biracial children as "half-white" and treat them as such.
When you date, marry, and procreate with your enemy and those of the oppressor class, the oppressed are left with no choice but to sympathize and identify with their oppressor and their (often confused) offspring.
