Way, way back in the days of the '90s, black made, independent brands were huge: Karl Kani, FUBU, Phat Farm, etc.
Had we stayed loyal, who knows where that could have went? But the hip hop community that made these black brands popping started rapping about white luxury brands. A couple of them have Nazi ties like Chanel and Boss.
