I didn't start drinking it until I was in my early twenties and it isn't really "coffee". It is mostly a sugar dairy drink with coffee added to it. Like I love those frapps from Starbucks, the caramel one is the only one I get. I like to have very sweet drinks to cut the bitterness of the coffee. When I make it at home I do sweet blends and add cream, sugar, etc. I can't drink it straight.

For those of you that drink it... How do you enjoy coffee?

Depends on how I’m preparing it.

    • Drip or Keurig - I add soy milk
    • Pour Over w/hand grinder - I drink it black
With I have high quality beans I can’t mess it up with any add-ons. I had some great Indonesian coffee last week that I made via pour over method and it was amazing.

When I first quit smoking cigarettes 10 years ago, I drank my coffee with no sugar or cream. Nowadays, I like to mix it up. Starting to develop a taste for caramel syrup in my coffee.
I feel like caramel is one of the best complements for coffee which is why no matter what coffee I drink or make it has to have caramel in it now. It makes it smoother and sweeter.

Using syrup in coffee was a game changer for me.

    I drink mushroom coffee straight
Mushroom coffee? I never heard of that. Is that Is it literally a drink make from mushrooms? Sounds interesting. I am not a fan of mushrooms so I likely wouldn't enjoy it.

It is. 6-8 different kinds I think. The brand I drink is called Ryze. Each type of mushroom brings a different benefit, like immunity boost, stress reduction, better digestion, energy and some other stuff.
