I always thought about this. We can use GPS to track enemy placements across the world but can’t track dope smugglers? We can track Russian movements on their border but can’t track US Military guns going into Mexico? It doesn’t make any sense. There's a reason why most of the cartels can operate freely sending that crap over here, you can't operate at that level without coordinating with the higher ups on the other side of their boarder.
The fact that we can spy on, kill and decimate Arabs half way around the globe, especially ones labeled "terrorists" with impunity, but these same organizations can't stop dope from coming over the boarder? Yea right. They facilitate this shit, profit is all that matters to these people.
We can track nukes in North Korea, but can't stop dope coming from Mexico?
Facilitating was one of main points in last season of The Ozarks (with Jason Bateman). The Cartel leader wanted to keep his money, and go legit in exchange for giving up his rivals, Them Folks (Insert 3 lettered agency here) laugh at him. They said," Your done when say your done, and when you go to jail we'll determine how long", if your thinking El Chapo (Or whoever), I am too. There's a reason why most of the cartels can operate freely sending that crap over here, you can't operate at that level without coordinating with the higher ups on the other side of their boarder.

Modern Technology (to include Geo Fencing or cell phones and wire tapes), is why certain combative groups overseas are going back to pre-tech movement; Couriers, Smoke-Signals, code words, weather patterns, colors or meeting in person among their own.I always thought about this. Makes sense because anything going through a wire or through the air can be intercepted.Modern Technology (to include Geo Fencing or cell phones and wire tapes), is why certain combative groups overseas are going back to pre-tech movement; Couriers, Smoke-Signals, code words, weather patterns, colors or meeting in person among their own.

I bet that’s how it goes. Whoever made the phrase “don’t make a deal with the devil” probably dealt with these people. They are only loyal to their interests. When you think they are praising you, they are really praising what you’re doing to help their agenda. The second that stops, they’ll destroy you. Many people had to find out the hard way.Facilitating was one of main points in last season of The Ozarks (with Jason Bateman).
