She said line 341 of the bill. imo, I don't see how that affects black fraternities.

honestly, I don't see the outrage. Rep. Hinson in her statement said it affects "Black and Latino". She already lost me with that black and brown inclusive talk.

Even if it did affect Black fraternities, they have a reputation for being used as raCOON factories.
