Forward several hundred years later to the 1700s, 1800s, The British would round up kids, all kinds of ages, who were poor AF and literally put them on a ship to America, Australia, etc.
During the 1700s the north African pirates who were called Barbary pirates, would raid the coast of France, Italy, etc and just to keep them off from pillaging the coast, these north African, part black pirates would tell the cities. We'll stop if you give us tribute. It was often either gold and/or like 250 girls. Sh*t like that. And they would round them up and give them these girls each year. Their own effen people.

As bad as the Arab slave trade was, Islamic law prevented that. A child from their slave is automatic moslem. Yes, they'd break it once in a while, but by and large they Imams, etc, made sure Islamic law was kept. This is in no way complimenting the Arabs, they did some f*cked up shit even the Europeans rarely did (like castrating male slaves taken into captivity).
