I mean, I eat at Chipotle but that is about as far as I go with it. It is funny to think about how people do tacos differently in different areas, depending on who is making them as well. I always thought adding cheese and lettuce was just the "Americanized" version. Just like Chinese joints do food you would not really find in China.

nope, I don't make Mexican food, it's all the same ingredients, just prepared differently. it's actually pretty boring to me. everything tastes the same.

I eat it at my aunt and uncle's but I don't make it myself.

No. I am vegetarian, and make home-cooked meals at best. Sometimes I just eat the raw ingredients and what's still in a can. I can make anything taste like anything with the correct spices. I use to eat Mexican food, Japanese food, have used chopsticks, etc. But I got tired of bad service at nicer restaurants. Plus I got super sick last year, and had to purge it by going vegetarian and staying sober. Been sober and vegetarian ever since.

Yeah, it's been a while since I ate Mexican food. After I got some injera, I couldn't go back to tortillas. It's just not the same.

There are a lot of people in America who think Taco Bell is Mexican food. I even met a younger Mexcian girl who believe this. I told her that her family would be ashamed of her LOL
