    I've been told I have an east coast accent but I think its also my personality. In LA brothers (and sisters) knew right away I was not from LA when I was there. It was a good thing, both for dating sistas because I wasn't from LA and also on the streets because I was not only a 'civilian' but assumed not to be informed on LA gang protocol and culture (even though I was, but I played dumb...haha).
