GGn is the best game tracker but i don't have any invites right now. You can start with IPT, it's the easiest to start and they have plenty of games.

Just get qbittorrent or Transmission and you're good to go. Since you're in the usa you might have to use a vpn or a seedbox (best option imo).

I remember I used Torrent too much when I was kids and wants to play games as Torrent was only source to get them if you don't want to spend money. But not using anymore because of security risk.
