Tesla has a toxic workplace culture of violent anti-Black racism within the company. Any Black person who has a problem with it would then be let go for no longer being a "cultural fit." Anti-Black Racism is the culture of Tesla. There are too many horror stories coming out about the anti-Black racism of Tesla. Where there is smoke, there is fire. Elon Musk is racist and hires equally racist fanboys to work for him. It's common sense.
Leadership reflects the company and influences the company culture. I wonder when and if other companies will eventually distance themselves from Tesla in order to not "tarnish their brand and reputation."
All the Black Tesla employees have to do is archive these now deleted tweets from Elon Musk himself and present them in front of a jury and judge that will not be blinded by their own racism.
