Something that has never sat right with me about this case is that supposedly these men ran up in the house of where he was staying and took him out into the night. Now, if my sister, or brother trusted me to take care of their son, best believe they woulda had to deal with some resistance. I don't think I could've forgiven my brother if I were Emmett Till's mother. She trusted her family to take care of him and they didn't. I know this might ruffle some feathers, but in my opinion, that should've set the tone that if we can't get justice in the courtroom, then streets have to produce justice. This is why the WS feel so embolden, because they know a good number of us will just "forgive, forgive," or turn the other cheek, or hope that white zaddy will intervene and produce justice for us. There is no way i could've been related to Till and live in that town knowing that woman was still breathing the Lord's good air while my kinfolk was tortured and killed. That's all I got to say.

Brother, your logic is sound and righteous. You’re supposed to feel the way you do and you’re supposed to act when people cross you. Many of us are afraid to die and so they allow all types of egregious terror against them as long as they get to stay alive. I ask, if someone can kill your kids without consequence who are you? What do you even stand for at that point? If they can kill your kids then there is nothing that could motivate you to fight back. If enough of us fight back they will have to acknowledge and come harder or ask for a cease fire. The first couple will be martyrs but it will make life better for us all.

It’s really not too different than what happens on a playground. The bully goes around picking on people relentlessly until there is a physical consequence. Detention doesn’t work, pamphlets don’t work, suspension doesn’t work…the bully needs a physical consequence coming directly from the population it’s targeting. If a 5th grader is bullying 3rd graders and the 3rd graders jump him…guess who ain’t gonna be messing with the 3rd graders anymore? I don't know if my opinion is radioactive, but I agree with this, plus I would do more than that. I would have sought vengeance, if some white racists murdered my Seed. Because I would no longer believe in societal justice, and already advocate an eye for an eye. That's just my opinion.

No, you feel how you're supposed to feel. When people can kill your children without consequence, you are demonstrating that nothing is worthy of self-defense. You are showing cowardice at the highest magnitude...
