How often do you go to Black history museums in/near your area? Here in the DMV, we have several nice Black history musems that I've visited, and the Reginald F. Lewis museum up in Baltimore is definitely worth the trip.
I've been to some nice Black history museums in other states, too!
What are some nice Black history museums in your area that you would recommend?

I go at least twice a year, maybe three times but we have The Cotton Club Museum and Cultural Center here . I have not yet attended in person but following digitally. A Quinn Jones Museum & Cultural Center is my favorite (this year and they host a lot of events.) A Quinn Jones is very diverse though, The Cotton Club is exclusive.

I'm from a little Community called Bahama Village in Key West Florida. Now in my hometown we don't officially have a "dedicated" museum but if you want to know the black history of the island, you want to go to the Frederick Douglass Recreation Center or the MLK rec also known as the commUnity pool ... There is definitely a lot of BLACK history in the Florida Keys! They just keep it hidden. We are proud of our African slavery monument.... Higgs Beach: African memorial is Key West link to slave era
