I really hope so, with your GPU and CPU being the pretty much the core cost of a new build I'm looking forward to seeing how low they will price them. I'm still running a 2080 RTX Ultra, it's still a decent GPU, but with the 3k series out I'm sure developers will roll out games and updates that will make my card put in overtime.
