In case you are questioning the title, there’s been a period put on the end of Colin Powell’s sentence.

Yes, he died and I know in the past he was revered for being the “first negro” in some white institution but is that enough anymore?

Is having a Black head of the military an accomplishment when that nigga is commanding the Death Star to blow up Black people?

He was a willing accomplice in the WMD lies on iraq that killed hundreds of thousands if not millions.

So I ask, is he in hell?

Shaka Zulu killed Black people. Hannibal's army killed other Africans before he moved to conquer Rome. Che Guevara killed Black Africans. King David killed in the name of his nation, as did Joshua.
Gen. Powell was an accomplished and honorable Black man who did what was required of him in service to his country.
I can't condemn him any more than I can condemn any other brother or sister who honorably dons the uniform of our military.

    TL:DR
I don't know of Gen. Powell is in hell, but I certainly wouldn't wish it upon him. May he rest in peace.

Killing in itself Is not evil for example…killing for self-defense is different than killing in order to steal something you want. How can a Black man who helped White Supremacy overthrow governments, kill their citizens, and plunder their resources be honorable?

Are the police who kill us in cold blood because “they feared for their lives” still honorable simply because they are doing what is required of them in service of their country and communities? What about the troops that descended on Greenwood, Archer, and Pine? They were faithfully serving their country by killing us, our women and children.

Why does the fact that he belongs to a larger institution absolve him of his personal misdoings? If I drop a bomb on Rwanda am I no longer responsible for murger because I was in the Air Force and did so In a uniform that was freshly pressed?

I personally feel like giving Colin Powell a pass basically gives White Supremacy a pass because all the foul shit that is done is typically by someone doing something honorably. But honorable to who? Colin Powell is honorable to Americans but if you’re an Iraqi who lost his family because of lies Colin Powell told to the UN, would you still him as honorable?

You completely sidestepped my examples of Hannibal, Shaka Zulu, and King David; three Black men who killed other Black men in the cause of their nations, not in self defense.
There are service people on this board; some who have seen combat. Some have aimed their weapons at people with dark skin. That in itself doesn't make them white supremacists.

I side stepped it because it was a deflection. I was in the Air Force and while in it I was a willing stooge of White Supremacy, any way you slice it, if you're in the military that's what you are. You may not personally be a White Supremacist but you're definitely helping them continue their reign over the entire globe and one thing you're definitely not working towards is Black Empowerment or ANY type of Black self-sufficiency anywhere on the globe. I had a huge internal conflict about it while in the Service because my ideology didn't line up with the institution I was apart of...the institution was ANTI everything I was about.

Colin Powell pushed a White Supremacist agenda his entire career. Him being Black while pushing a White supremacist agenda makes him dishonorable to me. You cannot compare him to Hannibal and Shaka Zulu because those two were pushing Black agendas and while pushing a Black agenda there are Black people who will get in the way of it. Black people like Candice Owens and Larry Elder are perfect examples of that and they should be handled appropriately.
