Since the Supreme Court is obviously too anti-Black racist to support anything pro-Black, I can't see them supporting tangibles specifically for us without enough public pressure. But since the Supreme Court is now ultra conservative, can they at least do something about the 14th Amendment and make it specifically tailored for Foundational Black Americans? That way, us American citizens don't have to worry about illegal aliens and non-citizens exploiting loopholes by having a bunch of "legalized" anchor babies on US soil. No other country in the world allows for illegal aliens and their anchor babies to automatically become citizens and for a great reason. This is how nations become destabilized, degraded, and invaded. And there's nothing stopping their anchor babies from destroying America within if they still have ties to foreign interests of their homeland countries that are detrimental to Americans (see: Chinese spies and their balloons, Putin and his Russian spies, Mexican cartels, and other foreign criminal elements).

You hit the nail on the head better than the average Mexican immigrant‘s cheap labor at your local ironworks. The capitalistic structure of this nation breeds a selfishness amongst the elites that has this country facing imminent doom. Like you stated importing all these immigrants is usually the downfall of nations but with how connected global commerce is the elites don’t care because they can easily transfer assets elsewhere globally, and this is assuming they aren’t already plotting America’s demise so that they can go back to a system akin to slavery where they have complete control and maximum profit. This has precedence within American history; JP Morgan sold guns to both the Confederacy and The Union, he was fine letting America grind itself down so long as he made a dollar, and I can see our modern day JP Morgans, the Larry Finks of present day America doing similar.
