Say you won it, inherited, found it, was gifted it, or whatever - If you someone had 5 million tomorrow in your bank account, what would you do with the money? I know a lot of people who would just blow through it in a few years and be worse off than before they had it while others will actually plan, invest, and ensure they and their family have a stable future.

 

[Real One]

I have no intentions of blowing through it. I'm someone who doesn't like to spend money, so if I was hit with a cool 5 mill, I would take a nice deep breath and come down with some kind of plan. I know for a fact I would want to go out and buy a bunch of things, but I would need to think first and make sure I am not overspending.

Anyway, I would attempt to invest some of it, save a ton of it, and buy a few things like a new house, a decent car and some toys of course. I think the first thing I will do, is budget everything. I think this way, I will spend it better. As well, I would donate, help family out and maybe even help around the community.
