If they tighten gun laws here, then the MayoSapiens will get their hands on other stuff. I've heard at least two stories about some angry whiteboys running around with crossbows in the UK, they should tighten the laws on them too. We need powertools in the UK that can't be noticed during stop and search.

The regular Race Soldiers don't carry guns but the Specialist Operations units of the Metropolitan police do.

However, the regular police units in Northern Ireland (which is British territory) carry guns all the time.

No idea there were mass shootings in the UK. I thought guns were only allowed by special permit for hunting foxes, or the like? Do the cops go around with no guns?
As mentioned by B1 Ski-Kid, we have some police that are allowed to carry guns: SCO19 - British Armed Police

There are only a few forces in the UK that routinely armed, Met Police being one of them. Police Service of Northern Ireland and Belfast Harbour Police stay strapped.
Authorised Firearms Officers (AFO) are the police officers that are trained to use guns/firearms. AFOs are used by some specialist units of police forces throughout the UK. Some police forces have more than others, Met Police, West Midlands and West Yorkshire being the biggest.
