Every now and then. I like Pepperoni, Prosciutto, and Capicola especially on a sandwich or Charcuterie board. I don't eat pork chops or thick cuts of pork though, at least not regularly. If I'm at someone's house and they got some ribs on the grill and they happen to be pork, I ain't looking away.

Gwaltney's beef bacon tastes EXACTLY like pork bacon, but it's more expensive.
I love the stuff, but my local grocers haven't had it in stock for a while.

My come to Jesus moment came a few days ago after visiting a farm on a school field trip. Seein them ugly, HAIRY pigs just laying out being fat, made me rethink my life. They looked like gigantic rats. I didn't know pigs could get so hairy, and tails long as hell.
