There is no denying that the fact that VR is going to pushed beyond our average expectations on it because when it comes to what can be achieved with it, I'm very sure that it's going to endless. It can only get better in the long run.

AR is going to be crazy. You gonna be in the store looking at the coco puffs and it’s going to bring up competitive pricing at the 3 closest store. Real life robocop![]()

It's actually something certain that they are going to take VR beyond gaming purposes. If they didn't, it's going to be one of the worst short-sighted decisions scientist and developers have ever displayed.I must just be stuck in the mindset of it being only for gaming. I can see what you are all saying. I guess once the tech goes more beyond gaming, it will change my mind. That being said, I don't trust what they are doing with it over on Facebook's "Metaverse" lol
Thinking back, not everyone had computers or used them on a daily basis. Now everyone does but in the form of a phone. I think that is what will happen here. Most people will end up using it but not for gaming and not in a way we can see today. It's actually something certain that they are going to take VR beyond gaming purposes. There is an endless possibilities to what the use of VR headset can impact in the world once its development and upgrades is maxed out. With how it's used in video games shows that it's something that will expand to other aspects of human existence.
Hell, most of the people who are full of criticism towards VR headset can't even afford it and as such they are filled with bias for it. I wonder how people would hate on something they don't truly understand how it works. Anyways, it's what's expected of any new tech that's been developed over the years.Saying that it is overrated in some quarters is simply because of limited information on what anyone can do with the VR headset while playing games. You feel different and in control and that is basically what I like with it.
