The only time they do is when they want to virtue signal or gain something from it. We know how the government and the general population view blacks in America and we need to make moves based on this. Support our own. Raise out own. Lift our own. I do know one thing. We have too many of certain kinds of businesses. At the same time, I do think taking over the hair care industry from production to distribution to retail is critical since we should not let Asians control that market. There are many industries where our people could enter into that are reasonable to do so if we applied ourselves. We could make great strides there.
I am so glad you mentioned ship building and metal smiths. These are trades. We need more skilled professionals.

Yes, very true. Restaurants will always do well, if it's well placed and if it has a good product, but we are overleveraged in apparel and many others businesses ... RN, we only have 2 cell phone brands ( figgers.com and nsprelifestyle.com) ... We have resellers (dmvcomputerman.com), but that number needs to be increased ..

Any business is needed from a building our economic engine (we have to support, and then hope the business owners are also supporting other BoBs, the other side of the coin) ... I could imagine it can provide more freedom than a 9-5 ... We can't focus on building cause we got ws, etc, and we all caught up in the matrix !

Frederick Douglas mentioned that the transportation industry is one where he thinks black ppl would do well ... I see have a lot of the tools and wisdom laid out from the ancestors, but we don't always hear them (and/or white illusion goes to work creating turmoil and confusion) ...

Thats a great idea .. I want to do something .. It makes no sense that Asians can shut us out of or own industry , then put the trade magazines in Korean so we can't read them ... It's like they read about MCJ Walker , observed cues, etc , and took candy from the babes .. They stole our industry, a point of shame for all of us :(

Thanks for informing us. I am already familiar with figgers.com. I have never heard of the other websites. I bookmarked them so I can review them later this week. I wish we could take the transportation game over, but don't we need to increase our control over oil/gas/diesel or electric? I prefer oil/gas/diesel vehicles since electric cars will be used to control us. If we don't do this, they will just take control back from us. I do understand why we need to take over since people want to travel here and there. This needs to be done in towns that are growing.

Yes, it is a shame for us since we should have taken action when this first occurred. The good news is everywhere I turn, I see Black owned shampoo, conditioner, hair oil, hair cream, soap, hair tools, etc. A large portion are of good enough or excellent quality. Now, if we can get the prices down in manufacturing and distribute our products on a wide scale, we would be great. This is why you said transportation. Distribution is important. Bye bye Asians. We are gonna take back what is ours.

One more thing... I see more of us creating food products. This is especially important since we need to eat, and we need to keep in mind the goal of self sufficiency. This would also further strengthen your argument of why we need to take over the transportation industry. We would distribute our own food products and place them in our own stores so we can guarantee we get access so we don't have to rely on the big box stores if they don't want to let us onto their shelves.

I thought I heard about Musk trying to buy a lithium mine .. maybe not. I wouldn't mind an electric truck .. gas is going to continue going up, .. it's going to see-saw , but it's ultimately going up , imo ..
