Like I said, legally he made the right decision but according to universal law it's not how nature works. Black people been using that "I'ma go to jail or die" and that's part of the reason they can beat us up and shoot us because they know no one is going to do anything.
Until we can start rallying around our own and TRULY rally behind our own like our enemy does their people. Like look at the GoFundme's that were started for Kyle Rittenhouse and so many others. They show you how much they endorse white supremacy so I would like to see us fully support Black Liberation and our rights as citizens. There was a reason they feared the Black Panthers, Deacons of Defense and so many other groups because we weren't going for that action. Fast forward they feel empowered now knowing that they have the advantage and Graham V Connor makes it worse because now all a cop has to do is articulate why he "thinks you're a criminal" to justify any force used against us. I'm just sayin it here and now so no one is suprised...if it happens to me I'm going to jail just send me a car package and I'll be aight. Legal doesn't make it ethical or right.
100% which is why strong Black men have to lead the community because we will set the boundary. Everyone else will tell us to put our heads down and hope the beatings stop. Strong Black men will MAKE the beatings stop because they will make everyone pay a consequence for trying.

You would have a point if the brother was at a traffic stop and escalated it instead of taking a ticket but that’s not what happened. When Whore Supremacists lay hands on us we have to lay hands back. There is no peaceful or passive way out of this. If people are scared they need to simply say it instead of trying to make cowardice look noble.
No, because I've been in a similar situation where I had to fight a case for two years because I was defending myself and was chased with weapons and the police showed up and beat the shit out of me. This isn't our country and this system is determined to trick us and manipulate the law to remove the rights that are protected by our citizenship. I'm not sure if you've ever been stressed with time brotha but I can see that as a chess move , and not a Ye 250 ELO chess move, because when you are Black your actions are characterized differently. I reject the idea that only fighting will solve our problems because much of our progress following emancipation was done without fighting physically. I agree there's no peaceful way out of our situation but we shouldn't limit are only options to fighting. I know what I would do but I'm also familiar with what comes with that and what sacrifice that could mean. When you have a family you have to think about that so I'm not going to call the brother a coward for being strategic. He's only a coward if he takes the ass beating and not press charges and then go and try to apologize for the person who attacked him...we've seen that and THAT is cowardice because there are multiple ways to fight. Maybe, he knows he doesn't have hands like that. Ok, some people can't fight but there are other ways to do so.
