I got into this channel for about a week. Its a pretty good set up. They had different artists come on to talk about their favorite records. The part at 25:25 with Kurupt got me choked up a little. He starts talking about his mom, then old comrades who fell by the wayside. Kurupt gets disarmingly sentimental about the song and the people he starts remembering. It don't have nothing to do with nothing really, but I thought it was worth sharing. Especially with all the frontin' and stunting in Hip Hop. It was nice to see a genuine moment with a guy from Death Row records of all places. Mostly, just wild to think how long ago the 90's were. Had I known I was living in a Golden Age, I would've paid more attention instead of chasing skirts and smoke.
