I was watching Smooth Criminal last week and that video is amazing. Mike's swag and work ethic was unmatched. I still have to give props for him making a video showing KMT will all Black people and premiered it on Fox during primetime.

As far as I know, there is no other musician that had the global reach he had. Not Elvis, not even the Beatles. I've said that in another thread.
Beatles were huge in Europe, north America, most of South America. Any white country (Australia, NZ) They weren't really popping like that in most of Asia (northern Asia maybe: Japan, maybe Korea)

Michael landing anywhere on the globe shut that country down. Period. Anywhere.

12 YEARS! It feels like it has only been 5!! I remember when the news hit, I was gutted. We lost such an amazing, talented, kind man when he died. It still sickens me people are out there treating him like he was some sort of pedophile.

He remains the greatest of all time in the music world. His dedication to ensuring that music lovers had everything they wanted in his songs was unmatched. I honestly wished he is still alive to be celebrated instead of going to the underworld. Long live the king of Pop!

Yes indeed! Smooth Criminal is so cool. I love the setting, outfits, dance moves, everything! MJ has the greatest music videos ever. As I’m typing this, smooth criminal is playing in my car. 😂😂😂

Yeah I can’t believe it’s been 12 years as well. I remember that day. I was with my father and brother. We were coming back from Virginia Beach. We ran in the house and turned on the news. I was sad. I remember hearing about This Is It. Gives me chills thinking about it.
