Mother And Daughter Evicted After Daughter Twerks At Apartment Complex Pool
I strongly believe every building or apartment complex you live in has it's own rules, and before you were granted residence you might have signed to a contract saying you will abide by the rules.
Notwithstanding race I believe we should all be considerate of other people around us respect and also try not to let our lifestyles intrudes Into someone else privacy. I believe the apartment might have investigated the matter before proceeding to take such an action.
I wasn't there so I can't really conclude who was right or wrong in this case.

Where wouldn't we see acts of racism towards the Black? For Blacks now, there's a minimum number they should be in a pool where they pay rent but that doesn't apply to the Whites eeh? Double standards in high places! This is why I would always strive to build my own house and have everything I need in it to avoid such embarrassing experience.
Twerking is not tasteful but getting kicked out of your home over it? That is just plain wrong. I hope this encourages more black investors to go for property. Have homes, b&bs, and apartments, and ensure this crap can't happen.

I went to view a luxury apartment and when the leasing agent was giving us a tour through the pool area there were some teenagers there cursing and acting unruly. Giving my lady and I those blank stares, it was an immediate turnoff. We walked through the gym and these two niggas were in there working out and staring at us and not saying anything. When it comes to a living space I feel you have to be stomp down about certain behaviors. If you’re shaking your ass in the pool area that shows the level of respect you have for the property and it’s tenants. Why risk it? Ya gotta go!
She dropped that ass and they dropped the lease.
That’s a good takeaway but I hope another one is that not everyone wants to see you shake your ass. Have decorum in public.

The daughter's twerking was only a part of what caused the eviction. The daughter cursed out the apartment complext staff, and her friends caused a fight on the premises. The daughter and her guests caused a public nuisance.

I see a lot girls/ladies do it now on their Facebook status and a lot worse on their TikTok accounts and I keep wondering how far most of our ladies have fallen. It's why I love my mother so much, she had my sister grounded for 2 weeks without her smartphone when she saw her twerking video online.

There could be kids looking out the window, kids walking by, it's an apartment complex. Think about coming home from work and you just picked up the children and you have to walk by the pool area and some lady is twerking. How much you want to bet they had some loud music on too? I wouldn't want to pay rent to come back to some thought behavior. I can't rule out that race was a factor but she did it to herself. It's interesting how this happened on the day my cape was in the dry cleaner...I won't have it back til next week either.

If she was evicted it means that the mother refused to leave and they were forced to push her out. Unfortunate all the way around.
To me, twerking is not tasteful period. Maybe that is just me. Like I am not going to shame a woman over it if she keeps this kind of dancing where it belongs (at the club or private parties). There is a good chance there were kids around. Not to mention, if she was underage, she could be attracting sick people.

Looking more into this, the daughter was a public nuisance and they had every right to tell them to gtfo. If you want to act like a wild animal, people will not want you on their property. Big surprise. I think a warning should have been given (maybe there were several?) but I have no sympathy for people who play stupid games and get given stupid prizes. Sorry.
