I never said they invented it, only that the phrase became a catch phrase for the current reparations push. I was listening to Cube since the beginning, so I know he's always had a political mind. Cube using that phrase was not because he read it in some urban dictionary, it's because he's in tune with NBM. He brought in experts on reparations like ADOS, Dr. Claud Anderson, Dr. Boyce Watkins (to name a few) when he worked on his Contract for Black America. He even stated that he needed those experts to help him craft that document. You act like dude is in a bubble and doesn't keep his ears to the streets. You can downplay and believe what you want but real is real!
