I have always been told to try natural remedies and home remedies, but I never found they worked for me, at least when my mom used to try many things on me. I had bad allergies growing up, and my mom tried some home remedies to help with that. I don't remember what she tried, but I drank some nasty shit and ate stuff I probably shouldn't have haha.

If it works for you, awesome. I haven't tried any myself personally, as my mom kind of put me off from doing it as she was very pushy when it came to it. Always wanting me to try this or that. I finally decided to go see an actual doctor about my allergies and they figured out what my allergies were and ever since I've been able to curb the allergies for the most part.

But, I'm sure I could benefit from remedies for other medical needs.

I love elderberry syrup. Haven’t had sea moss in a year. I heard bad and good stuff about it. Sea moss knocked out cold symptoms I had before. Haven’t taken black seed oil. Heard it’s good but also heard to stay home when taking it. The smell isn’t all that, but willing to try it mainly for immune support and bone health.

Black seed oil, vitamin E,/D, homemade elderberry syrup, sea moss gel (I put that in everything) quercetin, fasting, hella water and green leafy veggies!! It's a war out here! Self preservation is a MUST!!!!
Definitely Sis! Gotta stay healthy. I keep the Black seed ... Also, have you ever tried boabab powder? It's straight vitamin C .. Cool list

Our bodies need certain vitamins. If you're deficient in any of them, your immune system suffers.
Natural vegetables, fruits, oats & grains have these vitamins.
Look them up, see your benefits & act accordingly.
