Netherlands has a fair number of black folks. Go to Amsterdam or Rotterdam. You will see a fair number of blacks. It's very common. Remember, the Dutch had a fairly large colonial empire for its size.

When I went to both of those places I could not believe what I saw an the amount of Black owned stores that I witness.
