I read once where he said the reason why he hasn't asked Big Boi to do another album was because he just didn't have the creative juices for it, which I found surprising seeing how innovative they are.

I've always said they were probably the only rappers who could do pretty much anything maintain their street cred. Oh Yeah, is a perfect example. It has a 50s rock sound. Great song, but something you wouldn't hear from a rap group and still say they will still be loved by the streets. Kanye is the only person I know who could come kinda close and go into another genre of music.

Anyway, I'm happy to hear he's making music. I'm curious just like everyone else is. Mad respect for him.

This is a massage parlor album. I don’t know where else I would listen to it other than there or when meditating. I’m glad he is trying something different though.

He should've titled it "The Rub N Tug album ." I actually really liked what I heard. The production is great. I don't know why I was surprised at how clean it sounded. I guess I was expecting some rusty Herbie Mann shrill sounds. I won't be bumping it unless I'm tryna go to sleep but the more I think about it, the more it feels so on brand for Andre 3000. And considering the times we're in, why not put out something soothing and relaxing to the mind and body? We all need to relax right now and use our down time to recover. This album might not ever do numbers, but I imagine I'll hear it playing out the yoga studios for years to come. It definitely is more for the Shea Butter demographic. But I respect it. I won't be bumping it in the whip at 2 in the afternoon on a Friday, but I could see myself throwing it on when its naptime.

Personally, I don't hate it. It reminds me of a Youtube music I used to listen to, that helped keep me focused throughout the day.

It has a very ancient feudal Japan/Futuristic sound to it.

His Track Titles are like a continuous poem making the album seem like it's one long 90 min track even though it isn't.

If you have 90mins to yourself, give it a listen.

I would recommend this to stay focused at the end of the work day, or if you meditate for any amount of time as well.

The album is dope. It's a beautiful experience. And it's right in my lane. For the past year, I been listening to Bonobo, badbadnotgood, Yuseff Dayes heavy in my rotation anyway. So it's my vibe. This album may not be for some people and that's okay.

He said he's gonna tour the album. I'm gonna be there.
