The pure level of racism that black men have to deal with.

This is an old video but incidents like this are quite common. Police approach a black man for no reason and even if you have committed no crime they accost you and charge you with resisting arrest. This is happens even though there was no reason to be arrested in the first place.

Luckily in this guy's case he got a decent judge and the charges were dismissed due to the officer having no probable cause for the stop. Took 2 years though!

Unfortunately the guy ended up losing his job due to this nonsense. I couldn't find any information as to that he had sued the law enforcement agency.

We have no rights at all. All the constitution BS goes out the window whenever they want. I remember getting pulled over for simply riding my got damn bike as a teen. Like the brotha in the video when the race soldiers stop us we are at their mercy. They can blast us and get a week or two of paid leave.

I just don't get why this guy didn't sue.
He had a good case. It's on video. He lost his job. The judge already ruled in his favor.

That's pretty much open and shut. They won't defund them so we have to!

Yeah that's pretty much how he framed it. He said he was just glad it was all over. Took 2 years for him to get the charges dropped.

Me I'm on different. I'll just call and pick up as much overtime as it costs to pay for an attorney. Don't care if I end up with no days off for months. They do that to me they getting defunded!

I used to have a bad habit of roasting police. Now the MF will shoot you.

I told one cop "Too bad about this ticket. I was gonna use that money to take your wife out. Now she's gonna be pissed!"

He was so mad he wrote the ticket wrong ( said I was going 55 in a 65) and I got thrown out in court!

Luckily I matured and don't mess with them like that now! These new ones are trigger happy!
