I knew HR 40 was a sham and Jim Clyburn knows it to. Actions and inaction speak louder than words. Jim Clyburn claimed to support reparations with HR40 when HR.40 was indefinitely stalled for decades while he did nothing. It was stalled for a good reason.
HR40 was NEVER meant to do sh!t for us accept to virtue signal, gaslight us, and throw us a bitten up toy bone instead of a lifeline with access to water.
