Problem is the population doesn't think like him and I don't really know how he wants us to be involved. Only our tourist dollars? Or involved like the Chinese and Europeans?

After I get my reparations I'll be sure to invest in Ghana. I'm not a pan-africanist but I do recognize a long term investment that is good when I see one.

True. I didn't hear him say anything about citizenship, and Im thinking he wants to ensure things don't radically change in his country (ie prices. I hear they are already rising though) , and also ensure a native equally benefits from any investment ...
