Nope it’s academia babble. I’m starting to come to realization that Colleges are Coon Factories.
And Bootlicking, Ass Kissing Employee Mills. And then they train too many MBAs to become inexperienced and failing business owners so they can fail their business and eventually have no choice be to become an employee anyway.
Gender Studies, LGBTQ+ courses, all these classes to make people "well-rounded" and "understanding of different people and cultures" are actually there to program us. When we sound "smart" and "educated" when we show support for their agendas by speaking the same regurgitated talking points and we get praise for it, we are proving their indoctrination to be successful and we actually aren't as smart and educated and "well-rounded" as we like to believe.
Not to mention, I also notice most of these people (esp. whites) that do African / African American study courses seem passive and don't really have a warrior spirit with them. Instead it's just, "Look at me! I understand the Black community too and listen to Lauryn Hill in my spare time. I know everything about racism and I even disagree with racism, but at the same time what can you really do about it? Are their any positions open at your non-profit, school or agency?"
College does everything to reaffirm the status quo to TPTB's and the dominant society's liking, even with their student debt system.
All this cooning, putting on a front, and getting balls deep in debt for a job and some employment benefits. We shouldn't have to tapdance around people and their discomfort of us for our survival.
