It's bullshit. These people just want to tear everything down. Soon talking phantoms will say this only helped white women anyway, but ignore the breh's & brehette's it's helped.
Using that argument,there are a whole bunch of things that violate the equal protection clause, speaking of white illusion (maybe that's the argument we should be hitting them with, maybe some do already )
I'm no legal expert, but not seeing how that applies to affirmative action ... got some research to do ...

I would say we're going back to the dark ages, but the dark ages never truly left us. It was all illusionary from the start in a deadly, but "blissful" way.
Any Black persons who are still blind to the climate we are in are in for a very rude awakening.

AA was dead anyway. Schools who want to give Blacks preferences have been doing it already. California had banned AA in colleges for 25 years.
If you talk to any admissions office privately they'll tell you they can easily find out the race. You need an email, that email is tied to your FB, etc, with your photo on it. They use zip codes. Hard to find white people in 90002 area code (Watts). We are in the online, informational age, companies know what who you are when you apply.
Colleges have been skirting this for ages now. All this does is give white racists a feel good moment. Harvard can easily know the race, gender, anything. You still have write a personal essay. You don't think Blacks say something in it that tells them they're Black? You don't think Harvard knows if you list you are president of the BSU at your school you aren't Black? Or you sing in your church choir or any number of things.
AA is something white liberals said they are going to do for us. No black activist suggested it. They sold Blacks on it. Made us make it personal then used it to get white women, white handicap, etc the bag.
And then the right wing used it against us to get votes.
All this is a backlash against reparations, and gains and strides we are making fast. It shows white people desperation.

Not really sure what to think of this or what to expect moving forward as a result. I am side eying all of this, as I believe it to be just another peice being moved against Black people.
It will just result in more White people entering institutions that were beholden to Affirmative Action policies. The Asian Americans that were puppets for the White man in the lawsuit do not realize that less of them will get into PWIs as a result.
Former advisor to President Donald Trump, Stephen Miller, announced Friday on social media that he has sent a letter to deans of 200 law schools around the country threatening to sue them if they bypass the Supreme Court’s ruling on affirmative action.
In a 6-3 decision on Thursday this week, the Supreme Court ruled in Students for Fair Admissions, Inc. v. President and Fellows of Harvard College, that considering race for potential students violated the 14th Amendment of the Constitution under the Equal Protection Clause.
The ruling effectively ended affirmative action in college admissions with one of three dissenting justices, Justice Sonia Sotomayor, calling the decision “indefensible.”
