Absolutely this is a beautiful thread. He was a trail blazer and I hope he is resting in peace.Sidney Poitier was truly a classy actor. When growing up, our entire family watched anything starring him. He has died at age 94.
He was the first male Black Academy Award best actor winner. Civil Rights activist, and starred in groundbreaking films.
